Days of Confusion is a romanian alternative metal/post-grunge band, formed in 2010 by Cezar Popescu (guitar), Cosmin Lupu (vocals, guitar), Dan Ionescu (guitar), Andrei Ilie (drums). They were joined on bass guitar, depending on their availability, by Robert Ursache (Proconsul), Adrian Ciuplea (Vita de Vie), Alex Pascu (Goodbye To Gravity). The line-up is completed in September 2013 by Andrei Zamfir.

The fall of 2012 marks the release of the band’s debut studio material, a 6-track EP, entitled ”SEEDS”, that received many positive reviews from fans and critics from Romania and abroad. It was followed by two new singles, “BLOODSTREAM”, in 2014, and “DHARKATA”, in 2015, anticipating the release of the band’s next studio album, scheduled for Autumn 2015.

Both release events were supported by 75-minute full-scale concerts, which were conceived as complete live experiences with music, lights, projections, sounds, colours and scenography.

The band won the prize for BEST ROMANIAN METAL NEWCOMER in 2012, awarded by Metalhead.ro. In april 2014, ”Bloodstream” was nominated for ”Best Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Song” at OnAir Music Awards 2014. Also, in October 2014, the band was nominated for ”Best Rock Artist”, at the awards offered by the Romanian music publication “Sunete” (“Sounds”).
